小儿推拿结合腹部热疗在腹泻患儿护理中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Pediatric Tuina Combined with Abdominal Thermotherapy in the Care of Children with Diarrhea

目的:探究小儿推拿结合腹部热疗在腹泻患儿护理中的应用效果。方法:选取黔南布依族苗族自治州惠水县中医医院2023年1—12月收治的60例腹泻患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组在常规护理基础上进行小儿推拿,观察组在对照组基础上联合腹部热疗。对比两组证候积分、家属护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组排便次数、粪便性状、呕吐、食欲不佳、精神萎靡积分均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.030)。结论:小儿推拿结合腹部热疗在腹泻患儿护理中的应用效果较好,可有效改善患儿的临床症状,提高家属护理满意度。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of pediatric Tuina combined with abdominal thermotherapy in the care of children with diarrhea.Methods:Sixty cases of children with diarrhea admitted to Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Huishui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of thirty cases each by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group carried out pediatric Tuina on the basis of routine care,and the observation group combined abdominal thermotherapy on the basis of the control group.Comparison of the two groups of evidence points,family care satisfaction.Results:After the intervention,the number of bowel movements,fecal character,vomiting,poor appetite,mental depression points of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the family nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.030).Conclusion:The application of pediatric Tuina combined with abdominal thermotherapy in the care of children with diarrhea has a better effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the children and increase the satisfaction of family care.
