人性化优质护理对老年下肢创伤骨折手术患者深静脉血栓形成的影响

Impact of Humanized Quality Nursing Care on Deep Vein Thrombosis in Elderly Lower Limb Trauma Fracture Surgery Patients

目的:探究人性化优质护理对老年下肢创伤骨折手术患者深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的影响。方法:选取滨州市中心医院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的200例老年髋部骨折手术患者为研究对象,随机分为常规组与优质组,各100例。常规组采取常规护理措施,优质组在常规组基础上采取人性化优质护理措施。对比两组满意度、DVT发生情况、凝血功能及心理状况。结果:优质组满意度高于常规组(P=0.001);优质组DVT发生率低于常规组(P=0.001);护理后,两组纤维蛋白原水平降低,凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间及活化部分凝血活酶时间延长,优质组均优于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均降低,优质组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:人性化优质护理应用于老年下肢创伤骨折手术患者中,可以有效降低DVT发生风险,改善患者凝血功能,减轻负面情绪,患者的满意度较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of humanized quality care on deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in elderly lower limb trauma fracture surgery patients.Methods:Two hundred cases of elderly hip fracture surgery patients admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study object,and were randomly divided into the routine group and the quality group,one hundred cases each.The routine group adopted routine nursing measures,and the quality group adopted humanized quality nursing measures on the basis of the routine group.Compare the satisfaction,DVT occurrence,coagulation function and psychological condition of the two groups.Results:The satisfaction of the quality group was higher than that of the routine group(P=0.001);the incidence of DVT in the quality group was lower than that of the routine group(P=0.001);after the nursing care,the level of fibrinogen was reduced in the two groups,and the prolongation of the prothrombin time,thromboplastin time,and the time of the activated partial thromboplastin was better than that of the routine group in the quality group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale were reduced in both groups,and the quality group was lower than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized quality care to elderly lower limb trauma fracture surgery patients can effectively reduce the risk of DVT,improve patients'coagulation function,reduce negative emotions,and patients'satisfaction is high.
