老年无痛电子肠镜的全程护理效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Full Nursing Care of Painless Electronic Enteroscopy in Elderly People

目的:探讨全程护理在行无痛电子肠镜检查的老年患者中的应用效果。方法:选取贵州中医药大学第一附属医院2021年8月—2023年8月收治的老年结直肠疾病患者200例为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,各100例。两组均行无痛电子肠镜检查,对照组采用常规护理模式,试验组采用全程护理模式。对比两组肠道清洁效果、心率及血压水平、不适反应程度。结果:试验组肠道清洁合格率高于对照组(P<0.001);干预后,两组心率、舒张压、收缩压均下降,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组腹痛、腹胀、肠道刺激评分均低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:在老年无痛电子肠镜检查中对患者应用全程护理措施,可以提高患者的肠道清洁效果,稳定心率、血压水平,同时可减轻患者的不适感。

Objective:To explore the application effect of full nursing care in elderly patients who underwent painless electronic enteroscopy.Methods:Two hundred cases of elderly patients with colorectal diseases admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with one hundred cases.Both groups underwent painless electronic enteroscopy,the control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the experimental group adopted the full nursing mode.Compare the intestinal cleansing effect,heart rate and blood pressure level,and the degree of discomfort reaction between the two groups.Results:The qualified rate of intestinal cleansing of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001);after the intervention,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups decreased and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and intestinal irritation of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of full nursing care measures to patients during painless electronic colonoscopy in the elderly can improve the intestinal cleansing effect of patients,stabilize the heart rate and blood pressure level,and at the same time can reduce the discomfort of patients.
