联动成像辅助诊断慢性胃炎患者幽门螺杆菌感染的临床价值

Clinical Value of Linkage Imaging in Diagnosing Helicobacter Pylori Infection in Patients with Chronic Gastritis

目的:分析联动成像辅助诊断慢性胃炎患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的临床价值。方法:选取2022年1—12月眉山市彭山区人民医院收治的慢性胃炎疑似Hp感染的患者120例作为研究对象,患者均接受白光模式辅助内镜检查与联动成像模式辅助内镜检查,以病理检查结果为“金标准”,分析两种检查方式及联合检查对患者Hp感染的诊断结果,并根据诊断结果计算诊断效能。结果:病理检查结果显示,Hp感染阳性96例,阴性24例。联合检查漏诊率低于单一诊断,诊断准确率高于单一诊断(P<0.05);两种检查方法及联合检查误诊率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合检查灵敏度、阴性预测值均高于单一诊断(P<0.05);两种检查方法及联合检查特异度、阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联动成像辅助诊断对慢性胃炎患者Hp感染的诊断价值较高,通过联合白光模式辅助内镜检查,能够进一步减少漏诊的发生,提高诊断效能。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of linkage imaging in diagnosing Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with chronic gastritis suspected of Hp infection treated in Meishan Pengshan District People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent white light mode assisted endoscopy and linkage imaging mode assisted endoscopy.With pathological examination results as the"gold standard",the diagnostic results of Hp infection in patients with two kinds of examination methods and combined examination were analyzed,and the diagnostic efficacy was calculated according to the diagnostic results.Results:The results of pathological examination showed that 96 cases were positive and 24 cases were negative.The missed diagnosis rate of combined examination was lower than that of single diagnosis,and the diagnostic accuracy was higher than that of single diagnosis(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the misdiagnosis rate between the two methods and the combined examination(P>0.05).The sensitivity and negative predictive value of combined examination were higher than those of single diagnosis(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the specificity and positive predictive value between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Linkage imaging assisted diagnosis has a high diagnostic value for Hp infection in patients with chronic gastritis.Combined with white light mode assisted endoscopy can further reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis and improve the diagnostic efficiency.
