麦肯基力学疗法在康复领域应用的可视化分析

A visual analysis of the application of McKenzie method of mechanical diagnosis and therapy in the field of rehabilitation

目的:对麦肯基力学诊断治疗技术(The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy,MDT)在康复领域的文献进行可视化分析,梳理该治疗技术的应用现状、研究热点及发展趋势,为MDT在康复领域的应用及研究提供指导。方法:检索Web of Science数据库核心合集中MDT应用于康复领域的相关文献。通过软件CiteSpace V对发文量、发文期刊、作者等方面进行可视化分析。结果:筛选后共纳入文献167篇,发文量总体呈上升趋势,《MANUAL THERAPY》是发表文献最多的期刊,发文量最高的作者是HIROSHI TAKASAKI,发文量最多的机构来自英国,发文量最高的国家是美国。由关键词分析可知该领域的研究以临床随机对照试验研究为主。腰痛患者的诊断、管理及治疗是该领域的研究热点。肌骨疼痛及脊柱相关疾病受到较多关注。结论:MDT的研究热点主要为慢性下腰背痛治疗、颈痛治疗,以及脊柱相关疾病治疗。除了注重对脊柱相关疾病的治疗外,还应关注MDT在骶髂关节错位、头痛、上交叉综合征、下交叉综合征等疾病中的发展,提高其临床应用范围。目前MDT的相关研究仍处于探索阶段,今后还需加强MDT在不同年龄阶段、不同疾病领域的运用及高质量科研论文的产出,以发挥MDT在物理治疗及康复中的优势。

Objective:To visually analyze the literature of the McKenzie method of mechanical diagnosis and therapy(MDT)in the field of rehabilitation,so as to sort out its application status,research hotspots and development trends,and provide guidance for the application and research of MDT in the field of rehabilitation.Methods:Literature related to the application of MDT in the field of rehabilitation in the core collection of the Web of Science database was retrieved,and the software CiteSpace V was used to visualise and analyse the number of publications,journals,authors,etc..Results:A total of 167 papers were included after screening.The number of published papers was generally on the rise.Manual Therapy was the journal with the most published papers,and the author with the highest number of published papers was HIROSHI TAKASAKI.The institution with the largest number of papers was from the United Kingdom,and the country with the largest number of papers was the United States.Keyword analysis showed that many studies in this field were mainly clinical randomized controlled trials.The diagnosis,management and treatment of patients with low back pain were the research hotspots in this field.Muscle and bone pain and spinal related diseases had received more attention.Conclusion:The research on MDT focuses on the treatment of chronic lower back pain,neck pain,and spine related disorders.In addition to focusing on the treatment of spine-related disorders,attention should also be paid to the development of MDT for sacroiliac subluxation,headache,upper cross syndrome,lower cross syndrome and other disorders,to improve the scope of its clinical application.Currently,the research on MDT is still in the exploratory stage,and it is necessary to strengthen the application of MDT in different age stages and different disease areas as well as the output of high-quality scientific research papers,so as to give full play to the advantages of MDT in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
