Foreign Public’s Cognition and Attitude towards the Ethical Risks of Intelligent Robots: Qualitative Analysis Based on Twitter Discussion of Relevant Topics

采用文献研究和质性分析相结合的方法,归纳整理了国内外学者在智能机器人技术及其伦理风险研究中的成果,以研究者们提出的争议问题和可能性方法为基础,进一步分析了Twitter平台上国外公众的推文,凝练出其对智能机器人伦理风险的认知与态度。利用风险感知和责任伦理理论,对影响公众认知与态度的因素进行了总结及反思,为解决相关伦理风险提供可能性。

This paper adopts a combination of literature research and qualitative analysis to summarize the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on intelligent robot technology and its ethical risks. Based on the controversial issues and possible methods raised by the researchers, it further analyzes tweets from foreign public on Twitter and summarizes their cognition and attitude on the ethical risks of intelligent robots. Using the risk perception and responsibility ethics theory, it summarizes and reflects on the factors that affect the public's cognition and attitude, aiming to provide possibilities for solving related ethical risks.
