益生菌联合铋剂四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡的效果

The effect of probiotics combined with bismuth quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcers

目的:观察益生菌联合铋剂四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡的效果。方法:将98例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者随机分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49),2组均给于铋剂四联疗法治疗,观察组加用酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片。治疗14 d后,比较2组Hp根除率、临床总有效率、胃肠功能、生活质量和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组Hp根除率、临床总有效率和WHOQOL-BREF评分均高于对照组,PG-Ⅰ、PG-Ⅱ、G-17水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论:益生菌联合铋剂四联疗法治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡疗效较好,有助于提高Hp根除率,改善胃肠功能,提升生活质量,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the effect of probiotics combined with bismuth quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcers.Methods:Ninety-eight cases of patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer were randomly divided into an observation group(n=49)and a control group(n=49).Both groups were treated with bismuth quadruple therapy,while the observation group was additionally treated with clostridium butyricum enterococcus triple viable tablets.The Hp eradication rate,clinical total effective rate,gastrointestinal function,quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 14 days of treatment.Results:After treatment,the Hp eradication rate,clinical total effective rate and WHOQOL-BREF score were higher and the levels of PG-Ⅰ,PG-Ⅱ,and G-17 were lower in the observation group than the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:The quadruple therapy of probiotics combined with bismuth agents has a good therapeutic effect on Hp positive gastric ulcers,and is of benefit to improving Hp eradication rate,gastrointestinal function and quality of life,and the safety is higher.
