平衡针联合消肿止痛膏外敷治疗膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of degreeⅢinjury of medial collateral ligament of knee joint by balancing needle combined with external application of swelling and pain-relieving ointment

目的:观察平衡针联合消肿止痛膏外敷对膝关节内侧副韧带(MCL)Ⅲ度损伤的疗效。方法:将80例膝关节MCLⅢ度损伤患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组予常规手法治疗,观察组予消肿止痛膏外敷联合平衡针治疗,2组均配合功能锻炼。观察2组治疗后VAS评分、膝关节Lysholm评分、关节活动度、关节间隙及膝关节位置觉的变化情况,并比较2组临床疗效及治疗安全性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.5%,高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分、Lysholm评分、关节活动度、关节间隙、外展平均差值、内收平均差值及屈伸平均差值均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组均未发生不良事件。结论:消肿止痛膏外敷联合平衡针治疗膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤具有较好的消肿止痛功效,能够促进关节功能康复,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of balancing needle combined with swelling and pain-relieving ointment on the third degree injury of the medial collateral ligament(MCL)of the knee joint.Methods:Eighty cases of the patients with third-degree knee MCL injuries were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional manipulative therapy,while the observation group was treated with external application of swelling and pain-relieving cream combined with balancing acupuncture,and the two groups cooperated with functional exercises.The changes of VAS score,knee joint Lysholm score,joint mobility,joint space and knee joint position sense after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment was 90.5%in the observation group,higher than that of 70.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score,Lysholm score,joint mobility,joint clearance,mean difference in abduction,mean difference in adduction,mean difference in flexion and extension of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).No adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The combination of external application of swelling and pain-relieving cream and balancing needle therapy for the treatment of degreeⅢinjury of the medial collateral ligament of the knee joint has better swelling and painrelieving efficacy and the high therapeutic safety,and can promote the recovery of joint function.
