摘要
教育评价的客观性与教育性之间存在张力,实践中教育评价的教育性被遮蔽,二者共同决定了我们需要重申教育评价的教育性。教育性体现在教育评价的目标、内容和实施等方面:在目标上,教育评价要以好的教育为最终旨归;在内容上,教育评价要全面反映学生身心发展的状况;在实施上,教育评价要能够促进学生的身心健康发展。教师为主体开展综合素质评价是实施富有教育性评价的关键路径之一。教师在开展综合素质评价时要进行适度评价,突破片面的评价体系,关注学生身心的整体发展,心怀教育爱,并充分发挥评价的育人功能。
There exists a tension between the objectivity and educativeness of educational evaluation.In practice,the educative aspect of educational evaluation is often overshadowed.Both aspects jointly necessitate a reaffirmation of the educative role of educational evaluation.The educative nature should be reflected in the goals,content,and implementation of educational evaluations:in terms of goals,educational evaluations should aim for good education as their ultimate purpose;in terms of content,they should comprehensively reflect the physical and mental development of students;and in terms of implementation,they should promote the healthy physical and mental development of students.Conducting comprehensive quality evaluations with teachers as the main evaluators is one of the key paths to implementing educative evaluations.When conducting comprehensive quality evaluations,teachers should provide moderate assessments,break through biased evaluation systems,focus on the overall development of students'bodies and minds,harbor a love for education,and fully leverage the educative function of evaluations.
