摘要
通过加入苯并三氮唑与氧化石墨烯形成氢键,降低了温度敏感性。并通过控制苯并三氮唑与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的质量比,生产出改性氧化石墨烯。并以改性氧化石墨烯、二乙二醇单乙烯基醚、4-巯基丁基乙烯基醚、不饱和酸、还原剂、氧化剂、pH值调节剂和去离子水为原料制备改性氧化石墨烯六碳聚羧酸减水剂,具有较好的减水率和净浆流动度,可以较好的均匀分散在水泥中,从而应用到混凝土中,能够使混凝土有较好的坍落度和抗压强度。
By adding benzotriazole and forming hydrogen bonds with graphene oxide,temperature sensitivity is reduced.And by controlling the mass ratio of benzotriazole to polyvinylpyrrolidone,modified graphene oxide was produced.And modified graphene oxide,diethylene glycol monovinyl ether,4-mercaptobutyl vinyl ether,unsaturated acid,reducing agent,oxidant,pH regulator,and deionized water were used as raw materials to prepare modified graphene oxide six carbon polycarboxylate water reducer.It has good water reduction rate and net slurry fluidity,and can be evenly dispersed in cement.Therefore,when applied to concrete,it can make the concrete have good slump and compressive strength.
