摘要
生物碱是黄连(Coptis chinensis)的主要有效成分,本研究通过乙醇-硫酸辅助超声提取法对黄连中生物碱进行提取,以乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声温度为单因素,再通过正交试验,探究黄连生物碱的最佳提取条件。研究表明,黄连生物碱的最佳超声提取温度为40℃,最佳超声时间为40 min,最佳乙醇体积分数为55%。
Alkaloid is the main active component of Coptis chinensis.In this study,Coptis chinensis alkaloid was extracted from Coptis chinensis by ethanol-sulfuric acid assisted ultrasonic extraction method.With ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature as single factors,the optimal extraction conditions of Coptis alkaloids were investigated by orthogonal test.The optimal extraction temperature of Coptis alkaloids was 40℃,the optimal ultrasonic time was 40 min,and the optimal ethanol concentration was 55%.
