摘要
综述了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)各类生产工艺及其研究进展,包括C_(4)法、C_(3)法和C_(2)法,并简要对比了各个工艺生产MMA的优劣势。C_(4)法及C_(2)法规避了传统的C_(3)法(即丙酮氰醇法)使用剧毒原料并产生大量废液等缺点,具有生产过程安全环保的优点,是未来的主要发展方向,其中以C_(2)法的原料乙烯来源最为广泛、易得,尤其与煤制烯烃联产,可产生强大的协同效益,在煤炭资源相对丰富的我国尤其具有发展前景。
This article reviews various production processes and research progress of methyl methacrylate(MMA),including C_(4)method,C_(3)method,and C_(2)method,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each process in producing MMA.The C_(4)method and C_(2)regulation avoid the drawbacks of the traditional C_(3)method(i.e.acetone cyanohydrin method),which uses highly toxic raw materials and generates a large amount of waste liquid.They have the advantages of safety and environmental protection in the production process and are the main development direction in the future.Among them,the C_(2)method's raw material ethylene is the most widely sourced and easily available,especially in the co production of coal to olefins,which can generate strong synergistic benefits,and has a development prospect in China,which is relatively rich in coal resources.
