油气管道完整性新型检测与修复技术研究进展

摘要 近年来在油气管道检测和修复领域取得的一系列新型技术研究进展,包括电磁检测、声波检测、负压波检测、无损检测和多物理场耦合检测等新型检测技术。这些技术通过对电磁场、声场、压力场及其他物理场信号的检测与分析,能够高效、精准地发现和定位管道缺陷;同时,新型修复技术如膨胀管修复、贴合衬管修复和复合材料修复等,可对受损管道进行修补和加固,有效提升管道检测的准确性和修复的可靠性,为确保输油气管道的安全高效运行提供了新的技术手段和解决方案。 In recent years,a series of new technology research advances have been made in the field of oil and gas pipeline detection and repair,including new detection technologies such as electromagnetic detection,acoustic wave detection,negative pressure wave detection,non-destructive testing and multi-physics coupling detection.These technologies can efficiently and accurately detect and locate pipeline defects through the detection and analysis of electromagnetic fields,sound fields,pressure fields and other physical field signals;At the same time,new repair technologies such as expansion pipe repair,fitted liner repair and composite material repair etc.,which can repair and reinforce damaged pipelines,effectively improve the accuracy of pipeline detection and the reliability of repairs,and provide new technical means and solutions to ensure the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas pipelines.
