摘要
国际局势与能源供给的低碳、绿色需求导致天然气需求量持续激增、价格持续上涨。而且LNG产业链的深耕延拓也带来了LNG船舶加注、LNG运输船自主化制造的宝贵契机。介绍了船用LNG计量系统关键技术攻关与自主化设计和制造的方法,形成LNG船用计量系统的核心成套技术,并提出了组成船用LNG计量系统各核心部件的选型与设计要求。与陆域计量系统不同,LNG船用计量系统在完成系统设计集成制造后还需进行相应的船级社认证测试项目,并在通过测试取得船级社认证后方可上船安装投用。
The international situation and the low-carbon and green demand for energy supply have led to a sustained surge in natural gas demand and a sustained rise in prices.Moreover,the deepening and expansion of the LNG industry chain has brought valuable opportunities for LNG ship refueling and independent manufacturing of LNG transport ships.This article introduces the key technology research and autonomous design and manufacturing methods for marine LNG metering systems,forming the core set of technology for LNG marine metering systems,and proposing the selection and design requirements for the core components of the marine LNG metering system.Unlike land measurement systems,LNG marine measurement systems require corresponding classification society certification testing projects after completing system design,integration,and manufacturing,and can only be installed and put into use on board after obtaining classification society certification through testing.
