摘要
提出了一种在化工实验中安全风险评估和防御体系的建设方案。该方案中,通过危险因素分析,对进行的实验项目进行安全风险评估,并构建了冗余的安全防御系统。对实验室进行了安全风险分级和分级管理,加以“三级安全教育”和规范化、制度化的实操训练,保障了安全防御系统的实施,使操作人员提升了安全防护意识,能够遵守安全操作规程,有效地保障了安全。
A scheme for the construction of a safety risk assessment and defense system in chemical experiments is proposed.In the program,the safety risk assessment of experimental projects is carried out through risk factor analysis,and a redundant safety defense system is constructed.The safety risk classification and hierarchical control of the laboratory,together with the"three-level safety education"and standardized and institutionalized practical training,ensure the implementation of the safety defense system,so that the operators raise their awareness of safety protection and are able to comply with the safety operation procedures,which effectively safeguard the safety.
