摘要
化工园区污水厂运行过程中,经常受到上游企业超标或超量化工废水的影响,化工园区配套污水厂时常受到冲击,进而影响污水厂的稳定运行。以某化工园区污水厂为例,首先介绍了正常运行时的状况,其次分析该污水厂受到高氨氮废水和高COD废水冲击时污水处理系统的处理效果,进而提出了应对冲击的不同调控策略,可为相关污水厂面临上述相似问题时提供借鉴。
During the operation of the sewage plant in the chemical industrial park,the upstream enterprises often discharge chemical wastewater in excess or beyond the permitted value,and the supporting sewage plant in the chemical industrial park is often affected,and thus affects the stable operation of the sewage plant.Taking a sewage plant in a chemical industrial park as an example,this paper first introduces its normal operation conditions,then analyzes the performance of the sewage treatment system under the impact of high concentration of ammonia-nitrogen and COD,and then puts forward the control strategy to deal with the impact,which can provide reference for related sewage plants when they face the similar problems mentioned above.
