Practicing Green Development and Promoting Harmonious Coexistence of Human and Nature——In-depth Study and Implementation the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee

习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中指出“必须牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念,站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展”,要求在保护生态环境的同时,实现经济发展与环境保护的平衡。党的二十届三中全会继续对生态环境和绿色发展作出了重要指示,强调了高质量发展对生态文明建设的重要性以及全民参与和法治保障的关键作用。文章从“建设生态文明”“推动绿色发展”“实现碳达峰碳中和”“坚持党的全面领导”等四个方面,深入学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神,并对其进行理论与实践溯源,系统阐释其理论内涵和实践要求,加快推进中央生态环境保护制度落地生根见效。

General Secretary XI Jin-ping pointed out in the report of the 20th CPC National Congress that“we must firmly establish and practice the concept that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains,and plan our development on the basis of the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature,”requiring that we should protect the ecological environment while realizing a balance between economic development and environmental protection.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee continued to give important instructions on ecological environment and green development,emphasizing the importance of high-quality development for the construction of ecological civilization as well as the key role of universal participation and rule of law guarantee.The article focuses on four aspects,including“building an ecological civilization”,“promoting green development”,“achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality”,and“adhering to the overall leadership of the Party”.The article studies and implements the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Twentieth Central Committee of the CPC in depth from the four aspects of“building ecological civilization”,“promoting green development”,“realizing carbon peak and carbon neutrality”and“insisting on the comprehensive leadership of the CPC”.
