A Brief Introduction to the Organization Construction of the CPC Panshi Central County Committee in the Early Period of the War of Resistance

在东北抗战初期,在党内、党外双重因素的影响下,中共满洲省委在南满地区建立中共磐石中心县委,承担上传下达、联系上下级组织,统筹兼顾,推进地方党组织建设,强化地方党组织独立领导能力等任务。作为“外援型”的组织层级,中共磐石中心县委的建立,增强了东北党组织的凝聚力和战斗力,激发了地方党组织工作的独立性和适应性,强化了东北党组织的灵活性和严密性,对党在东北的组织建设具有重要意义。

In the early stage of the Northeast War,under the influence of both internal and external factors,the Manchurian Provincial Committee of the CPC established the Panshi Central County Committee of the CPC in the South Manchuria area,which was responsible for the tasks of uploading and disseminating information,connecting with the upper and lower levels of the organization,coordinating and taking care of the overall situation,advancing the construction of the local party organizations,and reinforcing the independent leadership capacity of the local party organizations.As a“foreign aid-type”organizational level,the establishment of the CPC Panshi Central County Committee enhanced the cohesion and combat power of the Party organizations in the Northeast,stimulated the independence and adaptability of the work of the local Party organizations,and strengthened the flexibility and rigor of the Party organizations in the Northeast,which was of great significance to the Party's organizational construction in the Northeast.
