摘要
miR⁃1197是非常重要的小分子非编码RNA,在多个疾病模型中存在明显的表达差异。miR⁃1197的表达受到长链非编码RNA和环状RNA的调控,广泛参与恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、退行性椎间盘病变、动物繁殖调控功能等各种疾病的生物发生发展过程。miR⁃1197通过抑制靶基因翻译过程广泛的参与细胞凋亡、氧化应激、炎症反应、增殖、侵袭等生物学功能。miR⁃1197是某些癌症的生物标记物,与抗癌药物敏感性关系密切,已被证明是多个恶性肿瘤、动脉粥样硬化、退行性腰椎间盘病变等疾病的关键治疗靶点。
MiR⁃1197 is a crucial miRNA with significantly different expression levels in various disease models.MiR⁃1197 is regulated by long⁃chain non⁃coding RNA and circular RNA,playing a vital role in the development of diseases like malignant tumors,cerebrovascular disease,degenerative intervertebral disc disease,and animal reproductive regulation.MiR⁃1197 is involved in numerous biological functions such as apoptosis,oxidative stress,inflammation,proliferation,and invasion by inhibiting the translation of target genes.It serves as a biomarker for some cancers,closely linked to anti⁃cancer drug sensitivity,and is a key therapeutic target for multiple malignant tumors,atherosclerosis,degenerative lumbar disc disease,and other conditions.
