摘要
核电厂核能供热的控制系统设备、管道较多。管道使用的焊材与在役系统检查用的辅助化学材料,往往都含有氯、钠、硅等成分,有的含量较高。如果管道投运前期冲洗时间不足,随辅助蒸汽调整高温蒸汽出现流量波动使残留物会发生分解,释放出钠、氯、硫酸根,影响疏水水质,因此核能供热初期水质控制的目标是:确保大流量、高流速连续冲洗、冲洗时间充足、尽量减少系统设备潜在的腐蚀,避免导致疏水水质恶化,确保核能供热阶段疏水回收至凝汽器时,不会影响蒸发器排污的水质。
Nuclear power plant has many control system equipment and pipelines for nuclear heating.The welding materials used in pipelines and the auxiliary chemical materials used for in-service system inspection often contain chlorine,sodium,silicon and other components,some of which are high in content.If the flushing time is not enough in the early stage of pipeline operation,the flow fluctuation of high-temperature steam with auxiliary steam adjustment will cause the residue to decompose and release sodium,chlorine and sulfate,which will affect the hydrophobic quality.Therefore,the goal of water quality control in the initial stage of nuclear heating is to ensure continuous flushing with high flow rate and sufficient flushing time,to minimize the potential corrosion of the system and equipment,to avoid deterioration of the hydrophobic quality,and to ensure that when water discharged during the nuclear heating stage is recycled to the condenser,it will not affect the quality of the discharged water.from the steam generator.
