摘要
在蒸汽发生器传热管外表面沸腾加热状态下,压水堆核电厂二回路系统运行过程中产生的腐蚀产物,会在传热管外表面和管板上形成泥渣沉积结垢层。对某压水堆核电机组泥渣沉积结垢进行了分析,经取样分析,主要成分为磁性氧化铁,微量成分为硅、铝、铜等化合物,来源于二回路系统中碳钢、低合金钢、铜合金设备材质腐蚀,对传热管外表面的泥渣沉积结垢的形成机理进行了分析,并给出了泥渣沉积结垢控制管理建议。
The corrosion products produced during the operation of the secondary loop system of PWR nuclear power plant will form sludge deposition scales on the outer surface of the heat transfer tube and on the top-of-tubesheet under the boiling heating state.Sludge deposition and scaling of a PWR nuclear power plant were analyzed and sampled.The main components of sludge deposition and scaling were magnetite,and minor components were silicon,aluminum,copper and other compounds,which mainly came from the corrosion of carbon steel,low alloy steel and copper alloy in the secondary loop system.The formation mechanism of sludge deposition and scaling on the outer surface of the heat transfer tube was analyzed,and some suggestions on the control and management of sludge deposition and scaling were provided.
