高放废液贮罐罐底残留物回取方案设计及工装开发

摘要 高放废液长期贮存过程中,罐内出现结晶、板结沉积物,原有倒料系统无法将其取出。随着设施老化程度加剧,这些放射性极高的沉积物潜在核安全风险愈发凸出。某厂开展自主罐底残留物回取工装专项研究,开发了铲式工具头、三瓣式抓取工具头、两瓣式抓取工具头和抽吸搅拌一体式工具头等回取工装。本文对高放废液贮罐罐底残留物回取方案进行设计,有效解决高放废液贮罐罐底残留物回取难题,同时为国内其他同类设施的退役工程提供较好设计参考。 During the long-term storage of high-level radioactive waste,crystals and sediment deposits appear in the tank,which cannot be removed by the original pouring system.As the aging of facilities intensifies,the potential nuclear safety risks of these highly radioactive sediments become increasingly prominent.A certain factory has carried out a special research on the self owned tank bottom residue recycling tooling,and has developed recycling tooling such as shovel type tool heads,three petal type gripping tool heads,two petal type gripping tool heads,and suction mixing integrated tool heads.This article designs a plan for the retrieval of residual substances from the bottom of high-level radioactive waste storage tanks,effectively solving the problem of retrieving residual substances from the bottom of high-level radioactive waste storage tanks.At the same time,it provides a good design reference for the retirement projects of other similar facilities in China.
