摘要
文章系统梳理和归纳近十年(2014—2023年)中医学和中西医结合学领域内动脉粥样硬化在国家自然科学基金申请和资助的项目主要特点。结果显示,项目多围绕相关的生物学机制、治则治法、信号通路及作用靶点开展设计与研究,10年内两个领域动脉粥样硬化研究共申请1486项,资助199项,资助率13.39%,与整个中医药领域近十年的平均资助率(13.31%)基本持平。近十年来随着关注动脉粥样硬化的中医药研究者逐年增多,申请量逐年大幅度增加,使得资助率从2014年的24.68%明显下降至2023年的9.44%。此外也存在中医理论研究不够深入、研究方案设计存在缺陷、动物模型制备缺少评价标准、忽略申请书撰写中的细节、前期工作基础不足以及科研诚信等问题。
This study systematically sorted out and summarized the main characteristics of atherosclerosis projects applied for and funded by the national natural science foundation of China in the field of TCM and integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the past 10 years(2014—2023).The results showed that the biological mechanisms,treatment methods,signaling pathways and action targets of the project were designed and studied.In ten years,a total of 1486 applications and 199 grants were made for atherosclerosis research in the two disciplines,with a funding rate 13.39%,basically the same as the average funding rate of the whole field of Chinese medicine in the past ten years(13.31%).In the past decade,as the number of Chinese medicine researchers concerned about atherosclerosis has increased year by year,the number of applications has increased significantly year by year,making the funding rate significantly decrease from 24.68%in 2014 to 9.44%in 2023.In addition,there are also problems such as insufficient theoretical research of TCM,defects in research program design,neglect of model evaluation in animal model preparation,neglect of details in application writing,lack of preliminary work foundation and scientific research integrity.
