糖尿病性心脏病中医治法方药研究进展

Research Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Diabetes Heart Disease

糖尿病性心脏病是指糖尿病合并心血管疾病,有较高的致残率与致死率,是糖尿病患者死亡的重要原因之一。近年来许多中医医家从不同的角度提出了对糖尿病性心脏病的认识,该文通过收集与整理近年来糖尿病性心脏病的治疗进展发现中医对于糖尿病性心脏病已形成较为完整的理论体系,中药复方对于糖尿病性心脏病的治疗具有疗效好、安全性高的特点。文章对糖尿病性心脏病的古籍文献、西医治疗、中医治法、中药单体及中药复方等方面进行综合阐述,分析总结糖尿病性心脏病的研究现状,对当前中医药研究方向进行梳理,并将中药复方按照治法一一进行分类整理,旨在总结糖尿病性心脏病中医研究概况,从治法及方药角度探讨中医诊疗的思维方法与中药治疗的优势,从临床研究及实验研究中搜集相关实验数据指标为中医药治疗糖尿病性心脏病提供可靠的理论依据。

Diabetes heart disease refers to diabetes combined with cardiovascular disease,which has a high disability rate and case fatality rate,and is one of the important causes of death in diabetes patients.In recent years,many TCM doctors have proposed their understanding of diabetes heart disease from different perspectives.This article,through collecting and sorting out the treatment progress of diabetes heart disease in recent years,found that TCM has formed a relatively complete theoretical system for diabetes heart disease,and the Chinese herbal compound has the characteristics of good efficacy and high safety for the treatment of diabetes heart disease.This article comprehensively expounds the ancient literature,Western medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine monomer and traditional Chinese medicine compound of diabetes heart disease,analyzes and summarizes the current research situation of diabetes heart disease,combs the current research direction of traditional Chinese medicine,and classifies and sorts the traditional Chinese medicine compound according to the treatment method,in order to summarize the general situation of traditional Chinese medicine research on diabetes heart disease.This paper discusses the thinking method of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment from two perspectives of treatment and prescription,and collects relevant experimental data indicators from clinical research and experimental research to provide reliable theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes heart disease.
