食管鳞癌LncRNA FAL1、miR-637表达与临床病理参数及预后关系研究初探

Preliminary study on the relationship between the expression of LncRNA FAL1 and miR-637 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and clinicopathological parameters and prognosis

摘要 目的检测食管鳞癌组织中的长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)FAL1与miR-637表达情况,并探讨其与患者临床特征及预后的关系。方法选取2018年1月至2021年6月在广西中医药大学附属国际壮医医院住院治疗的48例食管鳞癌患者,检测食管鳞癌组织及癌旁组织LncRNA FAL1、miR-637表达水平,并探讨其与临床特征及预后的关系。结果食管鳞癌组织中LncRNA FAL1表达量高于癌旁组织,miR-637表达量低于癌旁组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。年龄、性别、吸烟、嗜酒情况不影响食管鳞癌组织LncRNA FAL1、miR-637表达量(P>0.05);TNM分期、淋巴结转移以及癌细胞分化程度影响食管鳞癌组织LncRNA FAL1、miR-637表达量(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier分析结果显示,LncRNA FAL1高表达组的3年总生存率低于LncRNA FAL1低表达组(P=0.004);miR-637高表达组和miR-637低表达组的3年总生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.542)。结论食管鳞癌组织中LncRNA FAL1表达量高于癌旁组织,miR-637表达量低于癌旁组织,二者与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移以及癌细胞分化程度有关,有望成为食管鳞癌诊断、治疗以及评估预后的新生物学指标。 Objective To detect the expression of long noncoding RNA(LncRNA)FAL1 and miR-637 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues,and to explore its correlation with clinical characteristics and prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 48 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who were hospitalized in the Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2021 were selected.The levels of LncRNA FAL1 and miR-637 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues were detected,and the relationship with clinical characteristics and prognosis was discussed.Results The expression of LncRNA FAL1 in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues was higher than that in the adjacent tissues,the expression of miR-637 was lower than that in the adjacent tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Age,gender,smoking and alcoholism did not affect the expressions of LncRNA FAL1 and miR-637 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues(P>0.05);TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and differentiation of cancer cells affected the expressions of LncRNA FAL1 and miR-637 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier analysis results showed that the 3-year overall survival rate of LncRNA FAL1 high expression group was lower than that of LncRNA FAL1 low expression group(P=0.004);there was no significant difference in 3-year overall survival rate between miR-637 high expression group and miR-637 low expression group(P=0.542).Conclusion LncRNA FAL1 expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues is higher than that in adjacent tissues,and the miR-637 expression is lower than that in adjacent tissues.They are related to tumor TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and differentiation of cancer cells.Both are expected to become new biological indicators for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
