精神心理因素因脑-肠轴间相互作用与多种消化系统疾病的发生、发展息息相关。氟哌噻吨美利曲辛(FM)为复方制剂,可有效阻断患者躯体症状和精神心理障碍间的恶性循环,促进患者消化道症状的长期缓解。目前FM已被应用于多种消化系统疾病的治疗,但并未有相关文献对其进行归纳总结。因此,本文旨在对FM在消化系统疾病中的临床应用现状进行汇总,进一步研究和探讨其疗效和安全性等问题,以期为FM的广泛应用和临床实践提供更有力的理论支持。

Psychological factors are closely related to the occurrence and development of various digestive system diseases due to the interaction between brain-gut axis.Flupentixol-melitracen(FM)is a compound preparation,which can effectively block the vicious circle between physical symptoms and psychological disorders,and promote the long-term remission of gastrointestinal symptoms.At present,FM has been used in the treatment of various digestive system diseases,but there is no relevant literature to summarize it.Therefore,this article aims to summarize the clinical application status of FM in digestive system diseases,further study and explore its efficacy and safety,in order to provide more theoretical support for the wide application and clinical practice of FM.
