参麦注射液联合重组人脑利钠肽治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果及对miR-214-3p、miR-184表达的影响

Effect of Shenmai injection combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of chronic heart failure and its influences on the expression of miR-214-3p and miR-184

目的探讨参麦注射液联合重组人脑利钠肽治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果及对miR-214-3p、miR-184表达的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2022年9月收治的92例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组采取常规治疗加重组人脑利钠肽,观察组在对照组基础上加参麦注射液。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的miR-214-3p表达低于对照组,miR-184表达高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷(MLHFQ)各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液联合重组人脑利钠肽治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果满意,可改善心功能,调节miR-214-3p、miR-184表达,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenmai injection combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of chronic heart failure and its influences on the expression of miR-214-3p and miR-184.Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic heart failure admitted from July 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide,and the observation group was treated with Shenmai injection on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of cardiac troponin I(cTnI)and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,miR-214-3p expression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and miR-184 expression was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Shenmai injection combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure has a satisfactory effect,it can improve cardiac function,regulate the expression of miR-214-3p and miR-184,and improve the quality of life.
