茵栀黄口服液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗新生儿黄疸的效果及对免疫功能的影响

Effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with combined Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets, live in the treatment of neonatal jaundice and its influence on immune function

目的研究茵栀黄口服液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗新生儿黄疸的效果及对血清总胆汁酸(TBA)与免疫功能的影响。方法选取2021年10月至2022年11月收治的110例黄疸新生儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合茵栀黄口服液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的药物起效时间、黄疸消退时间、胎便排空时间短于对照组,大便次数多于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TBA、直接胆红素(DBIL)、总胆红素(TBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论茵栀黄口服液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗黄疸患儿的效果确切,可缓解临床症状,降低TBA水平,增强免疫功能。

Objective To study the effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live in the treatment of neonatal jaundice and its influence on serum total bile acid(TBA)and immune function.Methods A total of 110 children with neonatal jaundice admitted from October 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live,and the observation group was treated with Yinzhihuang oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The drug onset time,jaundice regression time and meconium emptying time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the number of stools was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TBA,direct bilirubin(DBIL),total bilirubin(TBIL)and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live is effective in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,which can relieve clinical symptoms,reduce TBA level and enhance immune function.
