摘要
目的探讨CT与MRI联合用于卵巢肿瘤良恶性鉴别诊断和临床分期中的价值。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月在本院接受诊治的79例卵巢肿瘤患者为研究对象,患者均行CT、MRI检查,以病理诊断结果为金标准,比较CT与MRI联合应用与单独应用对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断效能、对卵巢肿瘤良恶性的诊断符合率及对卵巢恶性肿瘤临床分期的判断效果。结果CT、MRI联合应用对卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确度高于CT、MRI单独应用(P<0.05)。CT、MRI联合应用与单独应用对卵巢良性肿瘤中卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、黏液性囊腺瘤、纤维瘤、成熟畸胎瘤及硬化间质瘤的诊断符合率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT、MRI联合应用与单独应用对卵巢恶性肿瘤中卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、黏液性囊腺癌及浆液-黏液混合性囊腺癌的诊断符合率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT、MRI联合应用与单独应用对卵巢恶性肿瘤Ⅰ、Ⅱ及Ⅲ期的判断效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT与MRI联合应用可准确对卵巢良恶性肿瘤进行鉴别,并准确对卵巢恶性肿瘤进行分期,有良好的诊断效能。
Objective To explore the value of CT combined with MRI in the differential diagnosis and clinical staging of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Methods A total of 79 patients with ovarian tumors who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent CT and MRI examinations.The pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of CT combined with MRI and single application for ovarian malignant tumors,the diagnostic coincidence rate of benign and malignant ovarian tumors,and the judgment effect of clinical staging of malignant ovarian tumors were compared.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuraty of combined application of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumors were higher than those of CT and MRI single application(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the diagnostic coincidence rate of ovarian serous cystadenoma,mucinous cystadenoma,fibroma,mature teratoma and sclerosing stromal tumor in benign ovarian tumors between the combined application of CT and MRI and the single application(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the diagnostic coincidence rate of ovarian serous cystadenoma,mucinous cystadenocarcinoma and serous-mucinous mixed cystadenocarcinoma in malignant ovarian tumors between the combined application of CT and MRI and the single application(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the judgment effect of malignant ovarian tumor stageⅠ,ⅡandⅢbetween the combined application of CT and MRI and the single application(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of CT and MRI can accurately identify benign and malignant ovarian tumors,and precisely stage malignant ovarian tumors,with good diagnostic efficacy.
