针灸辅助语言训练对脑卒中失语症患者语言功能及神经功能的影响

Effects of acupuncture-assisted language training on language function and neurological function in patients with stroke aphasia

目的分析针灸辅助语言训练对脑卒中失语症患者语言功能及神经功能的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月我院收治的80例脑卒中失语症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组均行基础治疗和常规康复训练,在此基础上,对照组给予语言训练,观察组实施针灸辅助语言训练。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的汉语失语成套测验(ABC)各维度评分及总分高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访时,观察组的中国式功能性语言沟通能力检测法(CFCP)各维度评分及总分高于对照组,脑卒中影响量表(SIS)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中失语症患者实施针灸辅助语言训练不仅能够有效改善患者的神经功能、语言功能,还能提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of acupuncture-assisted language training on language function and neurological function in patients with stroke aphasia.Methods A total of 80 patients with stroke aphasia admitted in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment and routine rehabilitation training.On this basis,the control group was given language training,and the observation group was given acupuncture-assisted language training.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of each dimension and total score of Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the National Institutes of Heahh Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At follow-up,the scores of each dimension and total score of Chinese Functional Communication Profile(CFCP)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of Stroke Impact Scale(SIS)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of acupuncture-assisted language training in patients with stroke aphasia can not only effectively improve the neurological function and language function of patients,but also elevate the quality of life of patients.
