人参养荣汤合桃红四物汤治疗冠心病心绞痛(瘀阻脉络证)的效果及对ET-1、sTM水平的影响

Effect of Renshen Yangrong decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris (blood stasis and vein obstruction syndrome) and its influences on ET-1 and sTM levels

目的探讨人参养荣汤合桃红四物汤治疗冠心病心绞痛(瘀阻脉络证)的效果。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月收治的150例冠心病心绞痛(瘀阻脉络证)患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(75例,常规西药方案治疗)和观察组(75例,在对照组基础上给予人参养荣汤合桃红四物汤)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油使用量少于对照组,发作持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的内皮素-1(ET-1)、可溶性血栓调节蛋白(sTM)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的溶酶体膜糖蛋白(CD63)、α-颗粒膜糖蛋白(CD62P)、血小板聚集率(PAR)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人参养荣汤合桃红四物汤治疗冠心病心绞痛(瘀阻脉络证)可有效控制患者心绞痛发作情况,修复血管内皮损伤,调节血小板活化功能,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of Renshen Yangrong decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris(blood stasis and vein obstruction syndrome).Methods A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris(blood stasis and vein obstruction syndrome)admitted from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(75 cases,conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(75 cases,Renshen Yangrong decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of angina pectoris attacks and nitroglycerin usage in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the duration of attacks was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1)and soluble thrombomodulin(sTM)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lysosome intact membrane protein(CD63),α-granular membrane protein(CD62P)and platelet aggregation ratio(PAR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Renshen Yangrong decoction combined with Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris(blood stasis and vein obstruction syndrome)can effectively control the occurrence of angina pectoris of patients,repair vascular endothelial injury,and regulate platelet activation function,which is worth promoting.
