时效性激励理论指导下的优质护理对上消化道出血患者心理状态及自我效能的影响

目的探讨时效性激励理论指导下的优质护理对上消化道出血(UGIB)患者心理状态及自我效能的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2023年3月我院收治的100例UGIB患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(50例)及观察组(50例)。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取时效性激励理论指导下的优质护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的康纳-戴维森韧性量表(CD-RISC)各维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的自我效能感量表(GSES)及自我管理量表(SMA)评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的止血时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论时效性激励理论指导下的优质护理可改善UGIB患者的心理状态,提高其自我效能及自我管理能力,降低并发症发生率,缩短止血时间及住院时间。

Objective To explore the effects of high quality nursing under the guidance of timeliness incentive theory on psychological state and self-efficacy of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGIB).Methods A total of 100 patients with UGIB admitted in our hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing under the guidance of timeliness incentive theory.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the each dimension scores of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Self-Management Ability(SMA)in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing under the guidance of timeliness incentive theory can improve the psychological state of patients with UGIB,improve their self-efficacy and self-management ability,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the hemostasis time and hospitalization time.
