基于多元化模式的家庭康复护理结合聚焦解决模式对胫骨平台骨折患者术后关节功能康复情况及康复锻炼执行率的影响

Effects of family rehabilitation nursing based on diversified mode combined with focused solution mode on postoperative joint function rehabilitation and rehabilitation exercise execution rate in patients with fracture tibial plateau

目的探究基于多元化模式的家庭康复护理结合聚焦解决模式在胫骨平台骨折(FTP)患者中的应用价值。方法选择2020年1月至2022年7月我院收治的160例FTP患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(80例,常规护理)和观察组(80例,在对照组基础上加施基于多元化模式的家庭康复护理结合聚焦解决模式)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后3个月,观察组的Lysholm、特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的康复锻炼积极性评分及康复锻炼执行率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于多元化模式的家庭康复护理结合聚焦解决模式可改善FTP患者的心理状态,提高康复锻炼执行率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of family rehabilitation nursing based on diversified mode combined with focused solution mode in patients with fracture tibial plateau(FTP).Methods A total of 160 FTP patients admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(80 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(80 cases,family rehabilitation nursing based on diversified mode combined with focused solution mode on the basis of the control group)by random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 3 months after intervention,the Lysholm and Hospital for Special Surgery Knee Score(HSS)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the rehabilitation exercise enthusiasm score and rehabilitation exercise execution rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family rehabilitation nursing based on diversified mode combined with focused solution mode can improve the psychological state of FTP patients,increase the rehabilitation exercise execution rate,which is worth promoting.
