基于自我效能理论的护理干预结合Cox健康行为互动模式对糖尿病足患者足部自护行为及生活质量的影响

Effects of nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory combined with Cox health behavior interaction mode on foot self-care behavior and quality of life in patients with diabetic foot

目的探讨基于自我效能理论的护理干预结合Cox健康行为互动模式对糖尿病足患者足部自护行为及生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2022年2月收治的80例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加基于自我效能理论的护理干预结合Cox健康行为互动模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的糖尿病足认知水平调查问卷各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的糖尿病自我效能量表各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于自我效能理论的护理干预结合Cox健康行为互动模式不仅能够提高糖尿病足患者的足部护理知识水平,增强足部自护能力,还能改善生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory combined with Cox health behavior interaction mode on foot self-care behavior and quality of life in patients with diabetic foot.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic foot admitted from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory combined with Cox health behavior interaction mode on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of diabetic foot cognitive level questionnaire in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Diabetes Self-Efficacy Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on self-efficacy theory combined with Cox health behavior interaction mode can not only improve the foot care knowledge level of patients with diabetic foot,enhance the ability of foot self-care,but also improve the quality of life,which is worth promoting.
