基于CiteSpace的我国护士在职培训现状的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of nurses'training status in China based on CiteSpace

目的:通过可视化图谱发掘我国护士在职培训的研究热点和研究局势。方法:检索2013—2023年中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、百度学术及中国期刊全文数据库等中文数据库中有关护士在职培训相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件对其进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入7429篇文献,发文量呈先上升后下降趋势,研究关键词主要为护士、培训、专科护士、新护士、在职培训、手术室、护士培训、护士、核心能力及岗前培训。聚类分析得到9个聚类,分别为护理质量、翻转课堂、护士培训、培训需求、核心能力、在职培训、糖尿病、培训及岗前培训。突现词分析显示,我国护士在职培训2017年以前主要侧重于年轻护士培训;2020年重点转移至采用德尔菲法、质性研究及调查研究等用以构建标准化护理培训方案。结论:国内已形成相对规范的护士培训体系,现阶段研究方向主要侧重于护士执业范围拓展及多学科护士协同联动,还有较大研究空间。

Objective To explore the research hotspots and research situantion of nurses'training in China through visual mapping.Methods Literature on nurse training in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP,Baidu Academic and China Journal Full-Text Databases from 2013 to 2023 were searched and visually analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results A total of 7429 papers were included,and the number of papers presented a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.The research keywords were mainly nurses,training,specialist nurses,new nurses,on-the-job training,operating room,nurse training,nurses,core competence and pre-service training.Through cluster analysis,9 clusters were obtained,they were nursing quality,flipped classroom,nurse training,training demand,core competence,on-the-job training,diabetes mellitus,training and prejob training.The analysis of prominent words showed that the on-the-job training of nurses in China mainly focused on the training of young nurses before 2017 and in 2020,the focus shifted to the Delphi method,qualitative research and survey research to build standardized nursing training programs.Conclusions A relatively standardized nurse training system has been formed in China,and the current research direction mainly focuses on the expansion of the scope of nurse practice and the collaboration of multidisciplinary nurses.There is still a large research space for further research and exploration.
