结核病综合防治中信息化建设的研究进展

Research progress of informatization technology construction in tuberculosis integrated prevention and control

信息化建设在医疗卫生领域得到普遍推广,但“信息孤岛”问题严重,分析是因为信息系统在不同业务线之间独立运行。在这种情况下,重复采集资料,既浪费资源,又限制了深入分析资料的可能性,因为采集规范不一致,造成资料整合利用困难,导致数据在不同信息系统间的交换受到很大限制,从而也使得结核病信息共享受到影响。因此,本文对结核病综合防治中信息化建设的研究进展进行综述,以期为我国结核病综合防治工作提供支持。

Information technology construction has been widely promoted in the field of healthcare,but the problem of“information silos”is serious.Analysis shows that information systems operate independently between different business lines.In this case,the repeated collection of data not only wastes resources,but also limits the possibility of in-depth analysis of data.Because the collection specifications are inconsistent,it is difficult to integrate and use data,resulting in a great restriction on the exchange of data between different information systems,which also affects tuberculosis information sharing.Therefore,this paper summarizes the research progress of informatization technology construction in tuberculosis integrated prevention and control,with a view to providing support for tuberculosis integrated prevention and control in China.
