精细化护理应用于老年重症肺炎患者的研究进展

重症肺炎发展十分迅速,老年人是该病的主要患病群体。精细化护理以患者为中心,在实施过程中注重全面评估、个性化护理、监测和持续评估,旨在提高患者生活质量和满意度,改善患者护理质量。近年来,精细化护理已在重症患者中得到应用,并取得一定效果。本文就老年重症肺炎患者精细化护理的实施方法、应用进展、优势及不足进行综述,以期为精细化护理在老年重症肺炎患者中的应用提供依据。

The development of severe pneumonia is very rapid,and the elderly are the main disease groups.Fine nursing is patient-centered and focuses on comprehensive evaluation,personalized care,monitoring and continuous evaluation in the implementation process,aiming to improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients and improve the quality of patient care.In recent years,fine nursing has been applied in severe patients and achieved certain results.This article reviews the implementation methods,application progress,advantages and disadvantages of fine nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia,in order to provide a basis for the application of fine nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia.
