隐形矫正联合种植修复治疗错[牙合]畸形伴牙列缺损的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of invisible appliance combined with implant restoration on malocclusion complicated by dentition defect

目的探讨隐形矫正联合种植修复治疗错[牙合]畸形伴牙列缺损的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2021年3月至2023年3月于西安医学院第三附属医院因错[牙合]畸形伴牙列缺损接受并完成治疗的120例患者作为研究对象。根据患者自身实际情况及意愿分成研究组和对照组,每组60例。研究组采用隐形矫正联合种植修复治疗,对照组采用传统直丝弓矫治器进行固定正畸联合种植修复。比较两组治疗效果。结果两组正畸效果得分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组总体治疗时间[(8.12±0.75)月]短于对照组[(9.42±0.59)月],P<0.05。研究组牙齿固定修复外形及使用感满意度均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组(3.33%,2/60)不良反应发生率低于对照组(13.33%,8/60),P<0.05。结论隐形矫正联合种植修复治疗错畸形伴牙列缺损的疗效显著,不仅能达到理想的正畸效果,且可缩短正畸疗程,提高舒适度和美观度。

ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of invisible appliance combined with implant restoration in the treatment of malocclusion complicated by dentition defect.MethodsOne hundred and twenty patients who underwent treatment for malocclusion complicated by dentition defect in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Medical University from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects for the cohort study.According to the actual situation and willingness of the patients,they were divided into a study group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The study group was treated by invisible appliance combined with implant restoration,while the control group was treated by traditional straight-wire appliance combined with implant restoration.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the orthodontic effect score between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).However,the overall treatment time of the study group was(8.12±0.75)months,shorter than the(9.42±0.59)months of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rates of orthodontics in the study group were higher than those in the control group in terms of appearance and user experience(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(3.33%,2/60)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%,8/60),P<0.05.ConclusionsThe combination of invisible appliance and implant restoration has a significant therapeutic effect on malocclusion complicated by dentition defect.This treatment method can not only achieve ideal orthodontic effects,but also shorten the orthodontic treatment period,and improve degrees of comfort and aesthetics.
