黄体酮注射剂与地屈孕酮片应用于体外受精-胚胎移植技术中的效果比较

Comparison of the effects of progesterone injection and dydrogesterone tablets during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

目的分析黄体酮注射剂和地屈孕酮片在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术中的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2020年1月至2023年6月在郑州大学第一附属医院接受IVF-ET的患者94例作为研究对象,按照治疗方式分为参照组与研究组,每组47例。参照组给予黄体酮注射剂治疗,研究组给予地屈孕酮片治疗。对比新鲜周期情况、临床妊娠结局、不良反应及患者满意度。结果两组新鲜周期情况比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);两组宫外孕率、生化妊娠率、早期流产率、胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(4.26%,2/47)低于参照组(17.02%,8/47),P<0.05;研究组满意度(89.36%,42/47)高于参照组(72.34%,34/47),P<0.05。结论地屈孕酮片和黄体酮注射剂在IVF-ET中获得一致结局,但地屈孕酮片使用简便,患者接受度更高,且不良反应少。

ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of progesterone injection and dydrogesterone tablets during in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).MethodsA total of 94 patients who received IVF-ET in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as research objects of the cohort study.And they were divided into reference group and study group according to treatment method,with 47 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with progesterone injection,while the study group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets.Fresh cycle,clinical pregnancy outcomes,adverse reactions,and patients’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in fresh cycle between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in ectopic pregnancy rate,biochemical pregnancy rate,early abortion rate,embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(4.26%,2/47)was lower than that in the reference group(17.02%,8/47),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group(89.36%,42/47)was higher than that in the reference group(72.34%,34/47),P<0.05.ConclusionsBoth dydrogesterone tablets and progesterone injection can achieve consistent outcomes in IVF-ET,but dydrogesterone tablets prone to be accepted by patients for easy operation,with fewer adverse reactions.
