局部涂抹益生菌芦荟发酵凝胶联合康复新液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的效果

Effect of topical external application of probiotic aloe vera fermented gel combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer

目的分析复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)患者应用康复新液与局部涂抹益生菌芦荟发酵凝胶联合治疗的效果。方法队列研究。抽取2021年7月至2023年7月河南大学第一附属医院收治的RAU患者92例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组46例。对照组涂抹益生菌芦荟发酵凝胶治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合康复新液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]及血清学指标[唾液表皮生长因子(EGF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]。结果研究组总有效率(95.65%,44/46)高于对照组(83.72%,36/46),P<0.05。治疗后,两组中医证候积分、VAS评分及EGF、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论RAU患者应用康复新液与局部涂抹益生菌芦荟发酵凝胶联合治疗,有利于减轻疼痛,可有效缓解症状,并减轻炎症反应。

ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with topical external application of probiotic aloe vera fermented gel in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU).MethodsA total of 92 patients with RAU treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected for the cohort study,and they were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with probiotic aloe vera fermented gel for external use,and the study group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Chinese medicine symptom scores,pain degree evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and levels of serological indexes,including salivary epidermal growth factor(EGF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6),were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group was 96.65%(44/46),higher than the 83.72%(36/46)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine symptom scores,VAS scores and serum levels of EGF,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsKangfuxin liquid combined with topical external application of probiotic aloe vera fermented gel in the treatment of RAU patients is conducive to the reduction of pain,the effective relief of symptoms,and the alleviation of inflammatory response.
