神曲消食口服液联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗小儿厌食症的临床研究

Clinical study on Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsules in treatment of children with anorexia

目的探讨神曲消食口服液联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗小儿厌食症的效果。方法选取2023年6月—2024年3月在首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院就诊的94例厌食症患儿,依照计算机随机排列法将患儿分为两组,每组47例。对照组餐前30 min口服复方消化酶胶囊,2粒/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服神曲消食口服液,3岁≤年龄≤5岁,5 mL/次,5岁<年龄≤13岁,10m L/次,3次/d。两组在治疗2周后统计治疗效果。比较两组的总有效率、体质量、进食和血清因子水平。结果与对照组的总有效率80.85%相比,治疗组的总有效率95.74%更高,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的体质量均增加,进食时间均缩短(P<0.05);治疗组的体质量高于对照组,进食时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清瘦素(LEP)水平降低,血清神经肽Y(NPY)、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平升高(P<0.05);治疗组的血清LEP水平比对照组低,血清NPY、β-EP水平比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论神曲消食口服液联合复方消化酶胶囊可提高小儿厌食症的临床疗效,增加体质量,缩短进食时间,改善神经递质释放。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsules in treatment of children with anorexia.Methods 94 Children with anorexia who received treatment at Beijing Children’s Hospital,Capital Medical University from June 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups using computer randomization with 47 cases in each group.Children in control group took Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsules orally 30 min before meals,2 capsules/time,3 times daily.Children in the treatment group took Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid orally on the basis of the control group,5 mL each time at the age of 3 to 5 years,and 10 mL each time at the age of 5 to 13 years,3 times daily.Children in both groups were evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment.The total effective rate,body mass,diet,and serum factor levels were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the total effective rate of 80.85% in the control group,the total effective rate of 95.74% in the treatment group was higher,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).The body mass of the two groups after treatment was higher than those before treatment,but the feeding time was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the body mass of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but the feeding time of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).LEP after treatment was lower than that before treatment,but NPY and β-EP in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).LEP in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,but NPY and β-EP were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with Compound Digestive Enzyme Capsules can provide therapeutic effect for children with anorexia,improve body weight,reduce eating time,and improve neurotransmitter release.
