摘要
目的:分析支气管哮喘患儿血清趋化素(Chemerin)、高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)及正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)与气道炎症和辅助性T淋巴细胞17(Th17)/调节性T淋巴细胞(Treg)细胞失衡的相关性。方法:纳入2023年3月至2023年12月中国人民解放军总医院第七医学中心附属八一儿童医院收治的150例支气管哮喘患儿,采用Pearson相关性分析血清chemerin、HMGB1、PTX3与气道炎症指标和Th17/Treg细胞失衡的相关性。结果:临床缓解期、慢性持续期、急性发作期患儿的血清chemerin、HMGB1、PTX3水平持续升高(P<0.05)。临床缓解期、慢性持续期、急性发作期患儿的呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数持续升高(P<0.05)。临床缓解期、慢性持续期、急性发作期患儿的Th17细胞百分比、Th17/Treg比值持续升高,Treg细胞百分比持续下降(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,chemerin、HMGB1、PTX3与FeNO、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数、Th17细胞百分比、Th17/Treg比值呈正相关,而与Treg细胞百分比呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘患儿血清chemerin、HMGB1、PTX3水平异常升高,血清chemerin、HMGB1、PTX3可能通过影响气道炎症和Th17/Treg免疫失衡参与儿童支气管哮喘的发病过程。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum chemerin(Chemerin),high mobility group protein 1(HMGB1),pentraxin 3(PTX3)and airway inflammation and helper T lymphocyte 17(Th17)/regulatory T lymphocyte(Treg)cell imbalance in children with bronchial asthma.Methods:150 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Bayi Children's Hospital Affiliated to the Seventh Medical Center of General Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army from March 2023 to December 2023 were included,The correlation between serum chemerin,HMGB1,PTX3 and airway inflammation indexes and Th17/Treg cell imbalance was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results:The levels of serum chemerin,HMGB1 and PTX3 in children with clinical remission,chronic duration and acute attack continued to increase(P<0.05).FeNO and peripheral blood eosinophil counts in children with clinical remission,chronic duration,and acute exacerbation continued to increase(P<0.05).The percentage of Th17 cells and Th17/Treg ratio in children with clinical remission,chronic persistence and acute attack continued to increase,while the percentage of Treg cells continued to decrease(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that,chemerin,HMGB1 and PTX3 were positively correlated with FeNO,peripheral blood eosinophil count,Th17 cell percentage and Th17/Treg ratio,but negatively correlated with Treg cell percentage(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum chemerin,HMGB1 and PTX3 in children with bronchial asthma are abnormally increase,serum chemerin,HMGB1 and PTX3 may be involve in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma in children by affecting airway inflammation and Th17/Treg immune imbalance.
