摘要
目的 研究初产妇在分娩过程中佩戴虚拟现实技术(VR)眼镜和助产士全程陪伴对疼痛、分娩控制感及产程时间的影响。方法 选取2023年4—12月天津市和平区妇产科医院收治的60例初产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上给予VR眼镜联合助产士陪伴。比较两组产妇第一产程时间、第二产程时间、疼痛程度及分娩控制感评分。结果 研究组第一产程和第二产程时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组VAS评分为(6.47±0.57)分,低于对照组的(8.33±0.92)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.424,P<0.05)。研究组分娩控制评分为(151.00±9.56)分,明显高于对照组的(84.23±14.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=21.409,P<0.05)。结论 在初产妇自然分娩过程中给予VR眼镜联合助产士全程陪伴护理,在减轻分娩疼痛、加速产程、提高分娩控制感方面有积极影响,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effects of wearing virtual reality(VR)glasses and being accompanied by a midwife throughout the delivery process on pain,delivery control and duration of labor in primiparous women.Methods Sixty primiparous women admitted to Tianjin Heping District Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from April to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the study group received VR glasses combined with midwife companionship on the basis of the control group.The first stage of labor time,second stage of labor time,pain level and delivery control sense score between two groups of parturients were compared.Results The first and second stages of labor in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was(6.47±0.57)points,which was lower than that of the control group with(8.33±0.92)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.424,P<0.05).The delivery control sense score of the study group was(151.00±9.56)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group with(84.23±14.16)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=21.409,P<0.05).Conclusion Providing VR glasses combined with midwives accompany nursing for primiparous women throughout the natural delivery process had positive impact on reducing delivery pain,accelerating the delivery process and improving the sense of delivery control.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
