互联网+多学科护理在糖尿病视网膜脱离中的应用

Application of Internet+multidisciplinary nursing in the diabetic retinal detachment

目的分析互联网+多学科协作模式对糖尿病视网膜脱离患者的护理效果,为提升糖尿病视网膜脱离患者的临床干预效果提供帮助。方法回顾性收集天津市眼科医院2023年1月1日—12月31日收治的糖尿病视网膜脱离患者的临床资料共86例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施互联网+多学科协作的护理模式。分析并比较两组患者一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、生存质量评分、术后不良反应发生率以及护理满意率。结果干预后,两组饮食效能、运动效能、用药效能、护理效能评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生理功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后不良反应发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.34,P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为100.00%,高于对照组的88.37%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.42,P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病视网膜脱离患者实施互联网+多学科协作模式的护理干预,有利于患者病情的恢复,改善患者的预后,患者护理满意度高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of Internet+multidisciplinary cooperation model on patients with diabetic retinal detachment,and to provide help for improving the clinical intervention effect of patients with diabetic retinal detachment.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with diabetes retinal detachment admitted to Tianjin Eye Hospital from January 1 to December 31,2023 were retrospectively collected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 43 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing measures,and the observation group implemented the Internet+multidisciplinary cooperation nursing model on the basis of routine nursing.The general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores,quality of life scores,incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction rate between two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results After intervention,the scores of dietary efficacy,exercise efficacy,medication efficacy and nursing efficacy in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higherthan the control group,andthe differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of physiological,psychological and social functions in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.33%,which was lower than 18.60%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.34,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higherthan 88.37%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.42,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Internet+multidisciplinary cooperation mode of nursing intervention for patients with diabetic retinal detachment was conducive to the recovery of patients'condition and improve the prognosis of patients.The patient's satisfaction degree of nursing was high,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
