头颈部双低CT血管成像技术应用研究进展

摘要 多层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)作为现阶段临床中运用较为广泛的一类无创性影像学诊断技术,具有辐射量低、扫描时间短和后期图像处理功能大等优势。随着检测技术的不断发展,动态化的增强扫描技术在临床中广泛运用,可提升头颈部血管类疾病检出的概率。造影剂团注技术可有效缩短检测的时间,提升检测信号,继而保障临床检测的效果。临床中,头颈部的CTA扫描相对比较薄,而且扫描的范围比较大,使得患者受到的辐射剂量比较多。加之,为了可以保证血管中碘浓度,在扫描时需运用大剂量对比剂,会导致患者出现对比剂肾病发病概率明显提高,将对患者的肾脏产生损害。所以,在保证临床诊断精准性的基础之上,需尽可能地降低患者所受的辐射剂量和对比剂的剂量。而头颈部双低CT血管成像技术主要是运用低浓度的对比剂和低管电压对患者的头颈部进行检查,运用价值较高。本文综述了头颈部双低CT血管成像技术应用研究进展,希望对临床检验医师有所帮助。 Multi-slice spiral CT angiography(CTA)is a kind of non-invasive imaging diagnostic technology widely used in clinic at present,and has the advantages of low radiation,short scanning time and great image processing function in the later stage,etc.With the continuous development of detection technology,dynamic enhanced scanning technology is widely used in clinic,which can improve the detection probability of vascular diseases in head and neck region.Contrast agent bolus injection technology can effectively shorten the detection time,improve the detection signal,and then ensure the clinical detection effect.Clinically,CTA scan of head and neck region is relatively thin,and the scanning range is relatively large,which makes patients receive more radiation dose.In addition,in order to ensure the iodine concentration in blood vessels,it is necessary to use a large dose of contrast agent during scanning,which will significantly increase the incidence probability of contrast agent nephropathy in patients,and will damage the patients kidneys.Therefore,on the basis of ensuring the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,it is necessary to reduce the dose of radiation and contrast agent for patients as much as possible.The head and neck region double low CT angiography technology mainly uses low concentration contrast agents and low tube voltage to examine the patient's head and neck region,which has high practical value.This article reviews the research progress on the application of double low CT angiography technology in the head and neck region,hoping to be helpful for clinical laboratory physicians.
