快速康复外科护理对胰腺癌患者术后的效果

Effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing on postoperative patients with pancreatic cancer

目的 探讨快速康复外科护理对胰腺癌患者术后康复的效果,为胰腺癌患者术后的临床护理方案提供参考。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月天津市中西医结合医院南开医院收治的92例胰腺癌患者进行研究,按照收治顺序分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予快速康复外科护理。比较两组首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时长、并发症发生率以及护理满意率。结果 观察组首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间以及住院时长分别为(52.49±5.34)h、(26.87±2.82)h、(10.05±1.57)d,均短于对照组的(56.13±6.28)h、(30.08±3.51)h、(14.35±2.04)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.35%,低于对照组的19.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.059,P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率为97.83%,高于对照组的82.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.434,P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理能够有效控制并发症的发生,加快患者康复进程,缩短住院时间,增进护患关系,提高护理满意率,临床上的应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with pancreatic cancer,and to provide reference for clinical nursing plan of postoperative patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods A total of 92 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to Tianjin Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Nankai Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected for study,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing.The first exhaust time,first bed activity time,hospitalization time,incidence of complications, residents with different cultural levels showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The comparisonof health knowledge literacy scores among residents from different occupations showed statisticallysignificant differences (P<0.05).The higher the cultural level of residents,the higher the scores in healthknowledge literacy;farmers and workers had low awareness level of health knowledge compared to otherindustries. Conclusion The residents in Linqu County of Weifang City had a good awareness of knowledgeof the basic health knowledge of related infectious diseases,but there were weak links. In the publicity,itwas necessary to use both new media and traditional media,and attract the masses to participate in thehealth science popularization by means of popular science explanation and situational skills competition,inorder to improve health knowledge literacy of residents.
