全麻患者的麻醉苏醒护理联合保温护理效果

Effect of anesthesia awakening nursing combined with thermal insulation nursing for patients under general anesthesia

目的探讨全麻患者的麻醉苏醒护理联合保温护理效果,以及其对术后并发症的影响。方法选取2022年3月—2023年6月滕州市中心人民医院收治的44例全麻患者,按计算机分组原则,将患者分为观察组和对照组各22例。对照组接受标准麻醉苏醒护理,观察组在此基础上增加保温护理。比较两组患者体温与术后并发症发生率。结果干预前,两组体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组体温高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为9.09%,低于对照组的36.36%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.659,P<0.05)。结论在全麻患者麻醉苏醒期间,同时运用麻醉苏醒护理与保温护理,已被证实能够有效提升患者的体温稳定性,从而降低术后出血、感染、恶心等并发症发生的风险。两种护理的联合应用相辅相成,为患者提供了更加全面的康复保障。因此,建议积极在临床实践中采用联合护理策略,有助于全麻患者的康复和健康。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of anesthesia awakening nursing combined with thermal insulation nursing for general anesthesia patients,as well as its impact on postoperative complications.Methods A total of 44 general anesthesia patients admitted to Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected.According to the principle of computer grouping,the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 22 cases in each group.The control group received standard anesthesia awakening nursing,while the observation group added thermal insulation nursing on this basis.The body temperature and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 9.09%,which was lower than 36.36%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.659,P<0.05).Conclusion During the awakening period of general anesthesia patients,using anesthesia awakening nursing combined with thermal insulation nursing had been proven to effectively improve the patient's body temperature stability,thereby reducing the risk of postoperative complications such as bleeding,infection and nausea.The combined application of these two types of nursing complements each other,provided patients with a more comprehensive rehabilitation guarantee.Therefore,it was recommended to actively adopt this combined nursing strategy in clinical practice,which was beneficial for the rehabilitation and health of general anesthesia patients.
