集束化护理在血液净化中应用及血小板参数分析

Application of cluster nursing in blood purification and analysis of platelet parameters

目的分析集束化护理在血液净化中应用价值,并观察血小板参数变化情况,分析护理干预对患者治疗期间血小板参数影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月甘肃省武威市民勤县人民医院行血液净化治疗的患者82例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施集束化护理。比较两组患者治疗后血小板参数及护理后并发症发生率、健康知识认知水平。结果两组患者治疗后Hb、PLT、MPV、PDW比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.44%,低于对照组的14.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.905,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗相关、并发症及防控、导管自护、行为管理各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液净化治疗对于肾脏病患者具有明显功效,在不同护理干预下对血小板参数无明显影响,而治疗期间集束化护理干预实施有利于防控并发症,并促进患者健康知识认知水平提升,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of cluster nursing in blood purification,observe the changes in platelet parameters,and analyze the impact of nursing interventions on platelet parameters during patient treatment.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent blood purification treatment at Minqin County People's Hospital in Wuwei City of Gansu Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received cluster nursing.The platelet parameters and incidence of postoperative complications,as well as the level of health knowledge awareness,between two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in Hb,PLT,MPV and PDW between the two groups of patients after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.44%,which was lower than the 14.63%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.905,P<0.05).The scores of treatment related,complications and prevention,catheter self-care and behavioral management in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood purification therapy had significant efficacy for patients with kidney disease,and had no significant effect on platelet parameters under different nursing interventions.The implementation of cluster nursing interventions during treatment was beneficial for preventing and controlling complications,and promoting the improvement of patients'health knowledge and cognitive level,and which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
