军校医学生心理健康与自我关怀及自我概念清晰性的关系研究

Study on Relationship Between Mental Health,Self-compassion and Self-concept Clarity Among Military Medical Students

目的基于心理健康双因素模型(dual-factor model of mental health,DFM),综合选取心理健康的积极指标(主观幸福感)和消极指标(焦虑和抑郁)作为结局指标,探讨军队医学生自我关怀与心理健康的关系,并进一步考察自我概念清晰性在其中的作用。方法采用方便取样法于2023-10~11月对某军队医科院校536名军校学员进行问卷调查,评估工具包括自我概念清晰性量表(self-concept clarity scale,SCCS)、自我关怀量表简版(self-compassion scale-short form,SCS-SF)、广泛性焦虑自评量表(general anxiety disorder,GAD-7)、9项患者健康问卷(patient health questionnaire 9,PHQ-9)、正负性情绪量表(positive and negative affect scale,PANAS)、生活满意度量表(satisfaction with life scale,SWLS)。结果男女学员间自我概念清晰性、自我关怀和心理健康各指标差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。在控制性别因素的影响后,自我关怀、自我概念清晰性与心理健康的消极指标(焦虑、抑郁和消极情绪)呈显著负相关关系(P<0.01),与积极指标(积极情绪、生活满意度和主观幸福感)呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。在控制性别因素的影响后,自我概念清晰性在自我关怀和心理健康之间的中介作用依然显著,自我关怀在自我概念清晰性与心理健康的积极指标间呈正向的部分中介效应,在自我概念清晰性与心理健康的消极指标间呈负向的部分中介效应。结论军校医学生的自我关怀与心理健康显著关联,其自我概念清晰性在其中起到中介作用,为军校医学生心理健康预防性干预提供了新的视角。

Objective Based on the dual-factor model of mental health(DFM),positive indicators(subjective well-being)and negative indicators(anxiety and depression)of mental health were comprehensively selected as outcome indicators to explore the relationship between self-compassion and mental health of military medical students,and the role of self-concept clarity was further investigated.Methods 536 military medical college students were selected by convenient sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey from October to November 2023,the assessment tools include self-concept clarity scale(SCCS),self-compassion scale-short form(SCS-SF),general anxiety disorder(GAD-7),patient health questionnaire 9 items(PHQ-9),positive and negative affect scale(PANAS),satisfaction with life scale(SWLS).Results There were significant differences in self-concept clarity,self-compassion and mental health indicators among male and female studengts(all P<0.05).After controlling for factors such as gender,negative indicators of self-compassion and self-concept clarity were significantly negatively correlated with the negative indicators of mental health(anxiety,depression and negative emotions)(P<0.01),and positively correlated with positive indicators of mental health(positive emotion,life satisfaction and subjective well-being)(P<0.01).After controlling for factors such as gender,the mediating effect of self-concept clarity remains significant,self-care has a positive partial mediating effect between self-concept clarity and positive indicators of mental health,and a negative partial mediating effect between self-concept clarity and negative indicators of mental health.Conclusion The level of self-compassion among military medical students is significantly correlated with their mental health,and this association is influenced by their self-concept clarity,their self-concept clarity plays a mediating role in this relationship,providing a new perspective for preventive interventions in the mental health of military medical students.
