日本家校社协同育人:历程回顾、机制特质与经验审视

Family-School-Society Cooperative Education in Japan:Historical Review,Mechanism Characteristics and Experience Inspection

摘要 自明治维新以来,日本家校社协同育人历经150多年的发展,形成了以“学校家庭社会协同创生”为轴心、以“学校运营协议会”和“地校协作活动”为两轮一体化推进的运行机制。日本家校社协同育人积累了丰富的经验,但也面临诸多亟待解决的问题。以其为镜鉴,助推我国教育强国建设的家校社协同育人需凝聚发展共识,携手实现共生共赢;创设推进协同育人的专门机构,搭建有效合作、共促共育的桥梁;组织分级、分层、分类宣传培训,提升家校社协同育人的科学化与专业化水平;拓宽协同育人场域,开展多层次、多领域、多形式的协同育人活动;建立健全保障机制,确保家校社协同育人持续、稳定、高质量发展。 After more than 150 years of development since the Meiji Restoration,Japan's family-school-society cooperative education has formed a mechanism which is centered on"collaborative creation"and driven by"school operation agreement"and"school-community collaboration activities".Japan's family-school-society collaborative education has accumulated rich experience,but stil exists many pending issues.Taking it as a mirror and reference,the following are advised to be done:Firstly,gather consensus on development and work together to achieve symbiosis and win-win situation in promoting the construction of education power in China;Secondly,establish a special institution to promote collaborative education,and build a bridge of effective cooperation to promote common education;Thirdly,organize publicity and training to improve the scientific and professional level of family-school-society collaborative education;Fourthly,expand the field of collaborative education and carry out multi-level,multi-field and multi-form collaborative education activities;Lastly,establish a sound guarantee mechanism to ensure the sustainable,stable and high-quality development of family-school-society collaborative education.
